* To note, the company shall not be liable for any defect or failure of the goods in the following circumstances:

The defect arises because the buyer failed to follow the company or the manufacturer's written or oral instructions for the storage, commissioning, installation, use and maintenance of the goods or (if there are none) good trade practice
After the expiry of the manufacturer's warranty period as detailed in the proposal where any extended warranty is specifically agreed upon by the company in writing
The goods are consumables including sealant, adhesive, oils; or coin mechs and boxes
The buyer makes any further use of such goods after giving notice
The defect arises as a result of fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence or working conditions
The goods differ from the specification as a result of changes made to ensure they comply with applicable statutory or regulatory requirements
