How much is shipping? How long will my product take to arrive?
Shipping for standard orders over £200 is free (unless they exceed 30kg or are over 1 metre in length). Delivery is next day if ordered before noon. To find out more click here.
Is there a limit on how much I can buy at once?
If you are a trade customer paying by invoice, there is no limit on the size of your order unless you exceed your credit limit. Any orders paid for by credit card have no limits.
Can I purchase something without having a trade account? 
Yes, however you won’t receive a trade discount. If you are a trade customer and would like a trade account then click here to register.
The part I am trying to purchase is out of stock.
If your part is out of stock, there should be a button next to your part labelled 'Request a Quote', if you click this you'll be taken to the Request a Quote page (you can also access this page through the menu at the top right of the website). From here you can fill out the form, this will then notify our spares team that you require the part(s) and they will contact you about a price and timing for that part.

I don’t know the name of the part I’m looking for?
Use the manual search here to find the Spare Parts Manual for the relevant machine. This will allow you to find your spare part name.
I don’t know the name of the machine I am looking for.
Look for the data plate on the machine which should tell you the details of your machine. If you’re not sure which detail is relevant, then share an image of the data plate with us via the webchat or email.
Do I need to have all the information for the machine I’m trying to find a manual for?
No, you should be able to find the right manual with the machine model name. 
What should I do if I can’t find the manual or part I’m looking for?
How do I cancel my order?
I am due a refund. What do I need to do and how long will it take?
Please contact us. It will take up to 2 working days to be processed. If you have paid via card your refund will be credited back to your card. If you have paid through your WASHSPARES account you will be credited via your account.
I want to return a faulty part.
To return the part you will require the part code. Please fill out the returns form located here.
My part number isn't working.
If the part you are searching for has a letter at the start (most likely 'D') try removing the letter(s) and see if that works.
